Safeguard all confidential information and maintain department confidentiality.Perform all duties and follow all instructions as assigned by Surveillance Management.Prepare and complete all daily activity reports and incident reports as required and directed by Surveillance Management.Work in partnership with the Security Department to ensure protection of customers, employees and company funds and assets.
Observe report and record all daily casino and land-based activity using closed circuit television monitors to identify, illegal or unusual activities occurring on property.Use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing programs required Operate all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, the network system, monitors, computers and cameras as assigned.Report all illegal and/or unusual activities to the Supervisor.Perform specific surveillance duties in accordance with established procedures, to protect the integrity of Tropicana Evansville operations, as well as the security and well-being of customers, employees and company assets.
